Waist and Shoulder items are also done, and I'm working through the list slowly but surely. Generally speaking the following increases were made:

Tier 1 items are now worth 150% of their calculated ideal value.
Tier 2 items are now worth 140% of their calculated ideal value.
Tier 3 items are now worth 130% of their calculated ideal value.
Tier 4 items are now worth 120% of their calculated ideal value.
Tier 5 items are now worth 110% of their calculated ideal value.

The relative value of each diplomacy item shifts as you go up the tier ranks. For instance, a Chest slot item is anticipated to be 33% of your total Presence at tier 1, and it drops steadily to 20% at tier 5. A waist item goes up in relative value as you increase tiers. Shoulders enter at tier 3 and are like 15% at entry, and become as valuable as Chest items at tier 5.

Thus, you will be getting more and more options for clothing selection as you increase in tier - you'll be wearing more types of clothing and each piece will play an important potential part of your overall Presence.
