The loot currently dropping is random loot for the entire region; the dungeon itself is COMPLETELY unitemized until our next data pull. Every named will drop loot as well as the currently-dropping insignia for the writs. The purpose of the writs is to provide an additional named to kill (with loot) at the cost of farming for X number of insignia, which drop from both named and their PHs as well as uncommonly off the mundane mobs in the dungeon. The higher the cost of the writ, the better the quality of their loot tables and the more difficult the encounter.
