You have been talking about the system for trading in faction for racial recipes and such. Well there you go, you now have an alternate way for us to gain these recipes. Add them to reward tables when faction trade ins are added (if those are still going to be added down the line). Just make that faction requirements high.

Let me clarify this a little better to make sure there is no misunderstanding.

Current upgrade recipes (permanent) will only be acquired in the way that they are now.

Limited use upgrade recipes (temporary) will be acquired through other means.
