I've checked all the NPCs in the cages and they all have a "No LOS" problem. I gotta say this is pretty frustrating.

On another note, Rezo Xylorn of Afrit requires 700 Domestic presence. I don't know if that's intended or not, just thought I'd point it out.

Last forum response on this for today, then moving back to attaching t4 clothing to Lamplighters:

Workaround for no-LOS: One circle on each cage is actually a door. Since they are only in the cage as a symbol of captivity (they could leave at any time - if they dared), you can open it up and walk inside to talk to them.

Rezo Xylorn has been fixed for a future patch.
