As I intimated in another thread, cape animation has been progressively introduced into the game over the past two or three weeks.

As of the evening of 10 November 2006, nearly every animation in the game (i.e. 95-99%) has been processed for cape animation. I'll be getting to the few remaining animations, and making tweaks to others, over the next few days.
