No weapon I have ever made (even the bugged Legendary clubs for a time) ever had the DPS be effected by dusts or powders. Now you might get +X% damage or some such but the base damage stays the same.

So how would the expensive 7% Melee Evasion effect this crafted Martial Stave's damage at all?
